The third IASTED conference on Internet and Multimedia Systems and
Applications (IMSA '99) which will be held at the Nassau Marriott Resort
and Crystal Palace Casino in Nassau, Grand Bahamas will provide
researchers with the opportunity to present their work to other international
researchers, and to discuss and gain new insight on the most recent
developments in their areas of study. Some of the topics that will be
