Modeling incompleteness, uncertainty and change are critically important for commonsense reasoning. Specific topics of interest at the workshop include, but are not limited to theoretical advances and computational strategies for: belief revision; nonmonotonic reasoning; possibilistic reasoning; reasoning about action; knowledge representation; conceptual models; multi-agent models; ontologies; implementations; applications.
