This workshop is organized so that the scientific world and the industrial control world
can meet and discuss about the present and future use of PID controllers - the success
and the failures of their use and how to determine the limits of performances-. This
workshop can be also useful for learning about control history and the origin and
evolution of the PID control can give us the keys for new developments and designs.
