After the "Stochastik-Tage" in Marburg 1993, Freiberg (Saxony) 1996 and Munich
1998 the "Fachgruppe Stochastik" organizes her fourth "Stochastik-Tage" at the
University of Hamburg.
Following the tradition of the former conferences the "Hamburger Stochastik-Tage" shall again give opportunity to participants from universities, business and administration to present new results in the field of probability and statistics - in theory as well as in practice - and to discuss them with colleagues in an international environment. Conference languages are German and English.
