The 3rd triennial Symposium on Turbulence, Heat and Mass Transfer seeks to continue the fine tradition established earlier in Lisbon, Portugal (1994) and Delft, The Netherlands (1997), in providing a forum for scientists and engineers active in the research of turbulence phenomena related to heat and mass transfer.
