Description:
The workshop will follow the same highly successful format as PIMS' previous three workshops held in Vancouver, Calgary and Victoria (all were based on the Oxford Study Group Model).

Problems will be posed to the workshop participants by experts from industry. The problems are relevant and of current interest to the participating companies.

The participating graduate students and academics will spend five days working on the problems. The results will be published in the workshop's proceedings. These proceedings will be distributed freely to high-tech companies in Western Canada.
