Share experiences of the past and present in relation to debates, policies and practices regarding multiculturalism and the arts/cultural/heritage sectors Engage participants in discussions about future possibilities and opportunities for dealing positively with the potential and the tensions of working in a multicultural context Explore the ways in which various individuals and organisations have sought to transform the ways in which we think about multiculturalism and the arts
