Description:
All proposals must have a definite Canadian focus, even if on a comparative subject. A particular emphasis or theme of the San Antonio meeting is, appropriately, Canadian and Mexican connections, including the triadic relationship exemplified by NAFTA. Proposals embracing or at least touching upon this theme will be greatly appreciated.
