Email: dynamics@mizar.usc.edu

Description:
This workshop is intended for specialists who reside primarily in the Southwest and are working in various areas of dynamical systems, applied mathematics, statistical physics, mathematical physics and geometric analysis. This is to further the exchange of ideas and collaboration between the different groups working in dynamics in the geographical region which includes California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, Texas and Northern Mexico. Postdocs and graduate students are particularly welcome to attend. Since the conference will be taking place in November it will give graduate students an opportunity to present their results to the dynamics community and develop new collaborative connections ahead of the annual hiring season. Considering that the Southwest geographically is a large area, this conference will present an invaluable opportunity for graduate students and postdocs to be interact with other people and get acquainted with different areas in dynamics.
