Description:
We herewith extend an invitation for papers to deal with the following
topics: Schoenberg's American compositions, his teaching activities in the
U.S. from 1933 to 1951, the development of his American pupils as well as
the reception of his music and Schoenberg research in the United States.
The musicological events will be accompanied by music workshops and performances as well as by an exhibition of original sources from Schoenberg's legacy.
