Description:
Following the success of the First Principia International Symposium, which took place last year in Florianópolis, we are now organizing the Second Principia International Symposium, to be held from August 6th to10th, 2001, again in Florianópolis. Principia is an international journal of epistemology published by NEL and UFSC University Press.)

Although the main theme of the symposium will be the works of Bertrand Russell, the conference also welcomes contributions from other areas of Philosophy as well. There will also be special sessions on logic and on skepticism.

Conferences can be held in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
