Psychology

Host: The Broadway, Winchester Guildhall

Email: ranodder@aol.com

Organizers: Rosemary Nodder

Description:
The first part will be a two-day event from January 4th to 5th, in the historic city of Winchester. In response to feedback from members and by popular demand, we are holding a mini-conference. As always, this serves as a great opportunity to hear about recent developments in research and practice, focusing solely on occupational psychology. You can meet up with colleagues and friends, and network until the early hours! The programme will include a host of individual paper submissions, workshops, a careers fair, and the Division and Section AGMs. The paper format will be shorter than in previous years and we will be asking prospective presenters to focus on emerging issues in occupational psychology. Unlike other years, submissions will be 500 word abstracts for individual papers, workshops or posters.

The focal point for the event will be the Guildhall in Winchester, where all talks and social activities will take place. The Guildhall is literally minutes away from the town centre, where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and historic buildings.

Date received: November 30, 2000, revised October 14, 2004
