The Conference will feature current research relating to design and manufacturing and will provide a forum for representatives of academe, industry, and government to meet and share results of existing research programs and to influence the direction of future research and engineering curricula.This conference provides a focused gathering of the best design and manufacturing research in North America. Participants are afforded a truly unique opportunity to discuss with researchers the leading edge work that is being pursued.

The Conference offers workshops for proposal writing and a forum for interacting with NSF program directors. Representatives from industry are particularly encouraged to participate. National laboratories are invited to team with academic and industrial laboratories.

The Conference will showcase research relating to design service and manufacturing from:
