Description:
This workshop will bring together researchers involved in designing and building diverse systems with Jess. The scope of the
presentations will extend from specific implementation strategies to overall architectural issues; the essential common element will be
the use of the Jess software. Papers that describe the design and deployment of enterprise-level applications incorporating Jess are
particularly encouraged. Other topics may include, but are not limited to:
Case studies of multiagent systems incorporating Jess; Integration of Jess with software for processing agent languages; Jess-based agent communities for knowledge synthesis; Natural language understanding with Jess; Jess with Enterprise Java Beans; Jess in servlets; Descriptions of Jess extensions; Comparisons of Jess to other Java-based reasoning systems; Decision-support systems; Machine learning in Jess; Jess performance measurements or enhancements.
