Description:
This pre-conference session is for professionals who are NEW to IT leadership (regardless of title or organizational affiliation). Many of the participants will be new to supervision, e.g., just became IT managers within the last year or two. Others may have had experience in IT leadership in a non-Higher Ed environment and just moved to Higher Ed within the last year or two.
