The purpose of Drug Analysis 2002 is to bring together people from industry, government, universities, control
laboratories and hospitals to discuss the current status of analytical techniques including instrumental
applications and theoretical developments.

Quality control of bulk drugs and dosage forms; Method validation and regulatory issues; Sample preparation and derivatization; Analysis of natural products; Enantiomeric separations; Automation and miniaturization; Microcolumn separations; Recent developments in electromigration techniques; High sensitivity technologies for trace analysis; Hyphenated techniques; High througput analysis; Chip-based analysis; Analytical tools for genomics and proteomics; Analytical biotechnology; New trends in bioanalysis.
