The IEEE International Conference on
conduction and breakdown in Dielectric Liquids (ICDL)
is an interdisciplinary forum for the exchange and discussion of ideas, research
results and practical experience on properties, dielectric phenomena and
applications of insulating liquids. It is addressed to physicists, material scientists
and electrical engineers who are engaged in the research and practical applications
of such materials.
