Description:
From 22. - 24. February 2002 the Department of Mathematics of the University of Kaiserslautern cordially invites you to the 63rd workshop on general algebra (17th conference for young algebraists). In this second announcement some more details are given.

The scientific program will consist of 60-minute plenary lectures and 20-minute talks in parallel sections. The topics suggested so far are:

Applications in computer science; Theory of clones and relation algebras; Hyperidentities; Lattices and their applications; Partially ordered sets and multicriteria optimization.

and also other to universal algebra and discrete mathematics related fields. Concerning the topics we would be very grateful for further suggestions.
