This will be the forth in series of conferences on discrete analysis and operations research. The first of them was hold as a part of the Siberian Congress on Industrial and Applied Mathematisc (INPRIM'96). Now it is biannual conference and helds in Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Sciences last week of June.
Many scientists from Moscow, St.Petersburg, Ekaterinburg, Nizhnii Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Tomsk, Irkutsk and from USA, Germany, France and other countries participate at the conference. As a rule, number of participants is 120-150.
Selected refereed papers will be published in special issue of journal "Discrete analysis and operations research".
Objective of the conference is to bring together researchers in discrete analysis and operations research, to exchange knowledge, to identify promising research avenues and application domains, to foster new collaborations.
