on Internal Ballistics and Combustion Processes in Solid Propulsion Systems
and Guns (ICOC'02).
This Conference will be held at the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Moscow, Russian Federation), November 12-16, 2002 and organized jointly by the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS), Scientific Council on Combustion and Explosion at Presidium of the RAS, Russian Section of the Combustion Institute, RAS Scientific Council on Chemistry, Technologies and Application of the Energy Condensed Systems, Russian Federation Ministry of Education, National Academy of Applied Sciences of Russia, Russian Agency on Ammunition, Russian Aerospace Agency, Russian Academy of Rocket and Artillery Sciences, Institute of Applied Mechanics - Ural Branch of the RAS, Federal Center of Double Technologies "SOYUZ", Moscow Institute of Heat Engineering, N.N.Semenov Institute of Chemical Physics RAS, M.V.Keldysh Research Centre, N.D.Zelinskii Institute of Organic Chemistry RAS, Institute of Problems of Chemical Physics RAS, D.I.Mendeleyev Chemical-Technological University of Russia, Central Interbranch Scientific-Technical Laboratory of Energy Condensed Systems of D.I.Mendeleyev Chemical-Technological University of Russia, Baltic Academy of Technology, Economics and Culture, Samara State Technical University, State Research-and-Production Enterprise "SPLAV", State Research-and-Production Enterprise "PRIBOR" and the Central Scientific-Design Bureau.
The aim of the Conference is to provide forum for objective analysis of the state-of-the-art of research in the field of energetic materials characterization and combustion, their manufacturing, reuse and disposal as well as testing and modeling the processes in the combustion and propulsion systems that use propellants, explosives and pyrotechnics as the sources of gas and energy.
