Description:
The Galway Topology Colloquia are an annual sequence of conferences particularly for topologists from the UK, Eire and nearby countries. The colloquia aim to foster links between topologists working in different centres. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal.

They are aimed especially at graduate students, who are particularly encouraged to contribute. Talks need not be about recent research, and expository talks on, for example, a technique, construction, or other topic of general interest are welcomed.

The first Galway Colloquium was organised at Galway in 1997 by A. McCluskey, and subsequent colloquia have been held in various different locations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Speakers: Ralph Kopperman, Mirna Dzamonja
