Description:
P2P2002 is the second Conference in a continuation of annual conferences on Peer-to-Peer
technology. We now observe a blurring of lines between P2P, Grids, and Clusters in a convergence
towards a common set of protocols and presence within the same computing environments. This
motivates us to open our scope of topics to include research vectors that reflect this convergence. Our
original focus remains the use of computers at the edge of networks (leaf peers)
