The conference will be dedicated in honor of Mike Plummer's 70th birthday.
Therefore, we are trying to focus on areas in which Mike has worked, including topological graph theory, colourings, matchings,
factors and factorizations. However, talks from any area related to graph theoy, combinatorics and computing are welcome.
