1st international conference is going to be held in Tabriz by INRC (Iranian National Retrofitting Center) in order to create a chance to Tabriz city which has been damaged by several earthquakes in the past decades. This conference is an opportunity to bring professionals together to share ideas and improve their understandings of mitigating seismic risks.
