The Atlas abstract processing service is a simple online solution for collecting, editing, processing, publishing and distributing conference abstracts. The service is hosted on our own server so organizers can use it without installing any new software. The service specializes in processing (La)TeX abstracts. Abstracts can also be pasted from other documents (e.g., Word, PDF) into our submission forms. Organizers can monitor and edit submissions in a secure online environment.
The service support different reviewing styles for different conferences. Organizers can choose merely to screen incoming abstracts. Conferences with programme committees can create evaluation forms and assign reviews to referees.
The abstract service has been used by more than 400 meetings since 1995. Atlas maintains a database of more than 25,000 conference abstracts. The abstract service has been used by a broad range of conferences, with 5 to 800 speakers.
There is a fee to use the abstract processing service. The rate is CAD$100 for the first 100 abstracts and $50 for each additional 50 abstracts. Upon request, the fee is waived for smaller events, such as those with no registration fee or with fewer than thirty participants. Please contact us for details. In 2006, the fee was waived for fifteen events.
