The Atlas abstract processing service is a simple online solution for collecting, editing, processing, publishing and distributing conference abstracts. The service is hosted on our own server so organizers can use it without installing any new software. The service specializes in processing (La)TeX abstracts. Abstracts can also be pasted from other documents (e.g., Word, PDF) into our submission forms. Organizers can monitor and edit submissions in a secure online environment.
The service supports different reviewing styles for different conferences. Organizers can choose merely to screen incoming abstracts. Conferences with programme committees can create evaluation forms and assign reviews to referees.
The abstract service has been used by about 500 meetings since 1995. Atlas maintains a database of more than 30,000 conference abstracts. The abstract service has been used by a broad range of conferences, with 5 to 800 speakers.
